How We Teach Kids With ADHD

1Short Rounds With a TimerLessons come in short rounds your child can see on a visual timer, with a planned movement break built into every session.
2One Thing on the ScreenYour child sees one activity at a time on a shared screen, and gets feedback the moment they answer.
3Executive Function Skills for Getting Things DoneAlongside the subject, your tutor teaches how to start a task, break it into steps, plan the week and check work.
4Homework That Gets DoneFor older kids, part of a session can be their real homework, using the same steps.

Questions Parents Ask

Does my child need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. We teach the skills your child needs. We never diagnose and we do not advise on medication.

Do you help with executive function?

Yes. Starting tasks, planning, breaking work into steps and checking it are taught in every session, next to reading, math or writing.

Can sessions be short?

Yes. Sessions can be 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Many kids with ADHD do best with two shorter sessions a week.

Do you help with homework?

Yes, especially for ages 8 to 12. Part of a session can be spent on their real assignments.

What if my child cannot sit still?

That is fine. Movement breaks are planned, the timer shows how long is left, and your child can stand or move while they work.

How will I know it is working?

A short note after every session and a progress summary every 1 week.

Is there an ADHD tutor near me?

You do not need one nearby. Sessions are live, one-to-one and online (virtual tutoring by video), so a trained tutor comes to you wherever you live in the US, with no driving.
