Return and Refund Policy

Everything Spectrum Unlocked sells is a digital product: printable PDF packs, worksheets, and downloadable guides. There is nothing to ship back, and files cannot be un-downloaded once you have them, so the policy below is written for digital goods.

Digital Products Are Final Sale

Because our products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, and printed right away, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital products.

Please read each product page carefully before you buy. Every paid pack has a free sample you can download first, and the product page lists exactly what is inside, the page count, and the format, so you know what you are getting before you check out.

If Something Is Wrong With Your File

We stand behind our products. If your download does not work, the file is damaged or incomplete, you were charged twice, or the pack is not what the product page described, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right. Depending on the problem, that means resending your download link, replacing the file, or issuing a refund.

To help us sort it out quickly, please include the email you used at checkout and the name of the pack.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on digital products. If you bought the wrong pack, contact us and we will do our best to help.
