What data sheets are included in this pack?

The pack collects the everyday sheets a special education classroom runs on: ABC (antecedent-behavior-consequence) sheets, frequency, duration, interval and latency sheets, IEP goal progress logs, 1:1 and small-group instruction data, a token log, and a home communication log. Everything is ready to print or type into on day one.

What formats do I get, and does it include a fillable version and a spreadsheet?

You get all of them. Every sheet comes as a print-ready PDF in US Letter and A4, as a type-in fillable PDF you can save on a laptop or tablet, as an auto-calculating spreadsheet (works in Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice), and as a Google Sheet template. The spreadsheet and Google Sheet total frequency and duration and work out IEP progress percentages for you, so you type in the counts and the totals fill themselves in. The spreadsheet also opens on a Class Snapshot tab that rolls up every goal and charts IEP progress over time.

How do I receive the files after I buy?

Delivery is instant. The moment Stripe checkout completes, the download unlocks on the confirmation screen and a copy of the link is emailed to you. You can also open the files anytime from the My Resources library using the magic link sent to your email, so a lost download is never a problem.

Can I use these across my whole classroom or team?

The pack is licensed for personal and single-classroom use by the purchaser. Use it with every student on your own caseload as much as you like. If a co-teacher or another classroom wants their own copy, please buy an additional license so each teacher is covered.

Do the sheets print on US Letter and A4?

Yes. Both paper sizes are included in the pack, so the sheets print cleanly whether the classroom uses US Letter or A4. There is no resizing or fit-to-page guesswork.

Are digital purchases refundable?

Because the pack is an instant digital download, all sales are final and there are no refunds. If a file will not open or the wrong pack was purchased, email info@spectrumunlocked.com and Spectrum Unlocked will sort it out and get the right files to you.
