What is in the sample, and what does the full pack add?

The sample is all of Box 1: six order tickets, six tray cards, the mat and the key. The full pack adds the other six order pairs and four more boxes: the six-step napkin roll-up with its production sheet, eight table reset judgment cards with a five-step reference model, eighteen condiment restock cards with a station mat and a priority mat, and twelve coffee orders with nine assembly props. It also adds printable box labels, a data sheet, a Work Portfolio cover, and copy-paste IEP goals.

Who is it for?

Transition, vocational, and life-skills teachers working with students in about grades eight through twelve, plus 18 to 22 programs. The cafe and the orders are fictional and built for practice, and the layout is age-appropriate for secondary students.

How should I print and build it?

Print at 100 percent with no scaling, on cardstock, then laminate and cut along the dashed lines. Drop the cards and the mat into a 4x6 photo case, which costs about $1.25, and the box is ready to run.
