Who is this job pack for?

Teachers running transition, vocational, and life-skills programs for students in about grades eight through twelve. The businesses and forms are fictional and built for practice, and the layout looks age-appropriate for secondary students rather than like a worksheet for younger children.

What is the My Info Card, and why does it come first?

It is a page the student fills in once, with support, holding the twelve things every application asks for. The wallet version prints nine of them to laminate and carry, and that card is the accommodation: a student who can read their own information off a card in their pocket can complete a real application without memorizing an address or a reference's phone number. Every practice application in the pack points its numbered hints back to the matching row.

How does the Interview Day sort work?

Sixteen photo cards show what to do and what not to do at an interview. Students cut them apart, sort them onto the do-this and not-this mats, then self-check against the key. The deck is balanced eight and eight on purpose, so a student cannot score well by guessing the bigger pile, and the printed sheet mixes the two so the answer is not given away by which row a card came from.

Does it teach students to disclose a disability in an interview?

No, and the teacher guide says so explicitly. The card that asks what is hard for you carries a note that a student never has to name a diagnosis in an interview and should not practice doing it here. The coaching points the answer at a task, for example remembering a long list of steps, and ends on the strategy the student already uses. Disclosure is a separate decision that belongs in a conversation with the family.

How do I print the two-sided interview cards, and are purchases refundable?

Print them two-sided and flip on the LONG edge, or every sentence frame lands behind the wrong question. Print at 100 percent on cardstock and laminate the wallet card.
