How do I use it with a student?

Follow each visual routine step by step, at the classroom door first if you can, then on a real walk. Use the Did I finish self-check at the end and answer the comprehension check, then score the routine on the data sheet.

Is Halloween required to use it?

No. Halloween is optional and adjustable. A student can trick-or-treat in regular clothes with a small accessory, watch from a distance, or skip the night. The full pack adds costume comfort self-advocacy phrases so a student has the words to change or skip any part.

What is in the full pack?

The full pack has two visual routines, the trick-or-treat script and the candy check, each with sequencing cards, a comprehension check and vocabulary, plus eight street and night safety cards, four costume comfort self-advocacy phrases, a reusable data sheet and three copy-paste IEP goals, in US Letter and A4.
