Daily living skills worksheets for a transition classroom have to cover the whole day at home, because that is where the skills get used: the bathroom in the morning, the closet and the forecast, the bedroom, the laundry, the dishes and the pet that needs feeding. The Daily Living Routines Bundle gathers the six Spectrum Unlocked routine packs into one download. Hygiene Routines prints eight self-care routines as full-page visual task cards (brushing teeth, washing your face, showering, deodorant, hair care, washing your hands, clean clothes check and nail care). Cleaning and Laundry prints six home routines in the same shape (laundry wash, laundry dry and fold, washing dishes, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming and trash day). The Morning Routine is a nine-step chain from the alarm to the door, with a night-before card and a door self-check. Dressing for the Forecast matches nine weather cards to 22 clothing cards and teaches a six-step layering sequence. Bedroom and Personal Space Routines runs a six-step bed-making chain, a seven-day room reset and a 24-card clothes sort. Pet Care Routines covers feeding a dog, feeding a cat and walking a dog, with an Is My Pet Okay card that tells a student when to fetch an adult. Every pack has a data sheet and copy-paste IEP goals, and the six share one way of working: one action on each step, photographs of real objects, and a self-check at the end. It costs less than the six packs bought on their own, and it is the same files, so nothing is held back.

Questions from teachers
- What is in the Daily Living Routines Bundle?
- Six packs: Hygiene Routines (eight self-care routines), Cleaning and Laundry Routines (six home routines), The Morning Routine (a nine-step chain from alarm to door), Dressing for the Forecast (nine weather cards and 22 clothing cards), Bedroom and Personal Space Routines (bed making, a weekly room reset and a clothes sort) and Pet Care Routines (three routines for a dog or a cat). Every pack has a data sheet and copy-paste IEP goals.
- How is the bundle different from buying the packs separately?
- It costs less than the six packs bought on their own, and it is the same files, so nothing is held back. The packs also share one way of working: one action on each step, a photograph of a real object for each, and a self-check at the end, so a student who has run one routine knows how the next one goes.
- Are these daily living skills activities or worksheets?
- Both. The routines print as full-page visual task cards a student follows at the sink, the closet or the bed, and each pack also has paper practice: sequencing cards, matching cards, comprehension checks, trackers and a data sheet for the adult taking data.
- Does anything assume a particular home?
- No. The bedroom pack does not assume a private room, a closet or a vacuum, the morning pack does not assume a phone or a bus pass, the laundry routines use a sticker dot so they work on any machine, and the pet pack reads the feeding amount off a card the family fills in. Each pack has blanks for what a student's own home actually has.
- Who is this for?
- Special education teachers running a life-skills or transition classroom for teens and young adults, job coaches, and parents teaching independent living skills at home. The pages use photographs of real objects and no cartoons, so an older student is not handed a page that reads as childish.
- I already own another Spectrum Unlocked bundle. Is any pack repeated?
- Yes. The Hygiene and Safety Bundle for Teens also includes Hygiene Routines: 8 Self-Care Task Cards, so a teacher who already owns that bundle already has that pack. The other five packs in this bundle are not in any other bundle. If you bought the overlapping bundle and want only the packs you do not have, those packs are also sold on their own.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because the bundle is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If a file will not open, email info@spectrumunlocked.com and Spectrum Unlocked will make it right.
Packs that go together
Hygiene Routines: 8 Self-Care Task Cards
Eight self-care routines as full-page visual task cards for teens, with a Did I Finish self-check strip, cut-apart sequencing cards, comprehension checks, a weekly self-monitoring tracker, wallet-size mini cards, and three difficulty levels.
Cleaning & Laundry Life Skills Visual Routines
Six home maintenance routines for teens as full-page six-step visuals: washing and drying laundry with the sticker-dot machine trick, dishes, bathroom cleaning with a mandatory safety card, vacuuming, and trash day. Each routine has a Did I Finish self-check strip, cut-apart sequencing cards, and a comprehension check, plus a weekly chore tracker with a streak goal, wallet-size mini cards, a home connection letter, a reusable data sheet with a safety-steps column, and copy-paste IEP goals. Three levels: match, sequence, independent.
Executive Functioning Worksheets for Teens: The Morning Routine, Alarm to Door
A morning routine for teens and young adults in special education, from the alarm to the door: a nine-step visual chain, a night-before card, a door self-check and three what-if scenarios. The chain puts one action on each step and ends on a self-check, so the routine itself triggers the skill the goals measure; the medicine step is in the chain rather than assumed; the door card lists seven items that do not assume a phone, a bus pass or money for lunch, plus three blanks for the student's own, and a column for a first job. The night-before card produces every item the door card checks. Plus three levels, a 5-column data sheet, a teacher guide and two copy-paste IEP goals, both written to be measurable with no time default printed in them.
