Who is this for, and who buys it?

The teacher or program lead buys it to train the paraprofessionals and aides on their team. It is written for the adult supporting students at each station, so a new aide can pick up a card and know exactly what to do without a long training day.

What is on each station card?

Every card follows one format: the station name, the goal for that station, what to do, what to say in a few exact phrases, what not to do, a reminder to wait 5 seconds before prompting, and a short note on what data to mark. The shared format means an aide learns the system once and it holds at every station.

How do I use these with a new aide?

Print each card, laminate it, and clip it at its station rather than filing it in a binder. In the first week, review one card a day with your aide for about three minutes. After that the cards stay at the stations as a quiet reference for any adult, including substitutes.

What formats and paper sizes are included?

You get all of them. The pack comes as a print-ready PDF in US Letter and A4, a type-in fillable PDF you can complete on a computer and print, an editable Word document you can open in Microsoft Word or Google Docs to change any wording, and a Google Doc you copy to your own Google Drive to edit online. Print in color for the clearest cards, though every card still reads in black and white.

Can I edit it? Is there a fillable version?

Yes, several ways. The download includes a type-in fillable PDF and an editable Word document, and a Google Doc copy link lets you edit online in your own Google Drive. Type your own station name and steps straight into the blank editable card on a computer, then print, or print it blank and write in by hand.

Can I use this across my classroom or team?

The pack is licensed for personal and single-classroom use by the purchaser. Use it with every aide on your own team. If another classroom or building wants their own set, please buy an additional license so each teacher is covered.

Are digital purchases refundable?

Because the pack is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If a file will not open, email info@spectrumunlocked.com and Spectrum Unlocked will make it right.
