Who is this for?

It is for the special education teacher or program lead who wants a room to keep running on a sub day or when a new aide starts. The binder is written so a caring stranger can follow the routine without needing to teach anything new.

What is in the binder?

Is it editable, and how often do I update it?

The schedule and the at-a-glance pages are print-and-write templates. The idea is to fill the binder in once at the start of the year and update it each quarter, then print and tab it so it is ready for any sub day.

How does it work with the Station Cards pack?

The binder has a section that holds your station cards, so any adult can run a station with the card in hand. The Paraprofessional Station Cards pack is sold separately and drops right into that section.

What formats do I get? Can I edit it?

You get all of them. The binder comes as a print-ready PDF in US Letter and A4, a type-in fillable PDF, an editable Word document you can open in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, and a Google Doc you copy to your own Google Drive to edit online. Type straight into the daily schedule, the student at-a-glance pages, and the end-of-day note on a computer, then print, or print it blank and write in by hand.

Can I use this across my classroom or team?

The pack is licensed for personal and single-classroom use by the purchaser. If another classroom or building wants their own binder, please buy an additional license so each teacher is covered.

Are digital purchases refundable?

Because the pack is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If a file will not open, email info@spectrumunlocked.com and Spectrum Unlocked will make it right.
