An autism ID card is information you choose to share. It is not a government ID, a medical document or a TSA form.

Some days speaking takes more than you have, or a noisy room makes it hard to explain what you need. The card says it for you. It is short on purpose, so the person reading it gets the point in a few seconds: you are autistic, what you may do, and what helps.

If you prefer I have autism, that is one choice in the maker's wording list, and the rest of the card stays as it is. The sample uses the Outline style, a white card with a colored frame that uses less ink.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to show it?
No. It is yours to show when it helps, and to keep in your wallet when it does not.
Is this an official autism ID?
An autism ID card is information you choose to share. It is not a government ID, a medical document or a TSA form.
Should I add my photo?
That is up to you. A photo shows the card is yours. If you add one in the maker, it stays on your device and is never uploaded.

3.375 x 2.125 inches, the standard wallet card size, so it fits a standard badge holder.
