Frequently Asked Questions
- Who is this visual schedule maker for?
- Older kids, teens and adults who want a schedule that looks like their day: real photos of a kitchen, a bus stop, a washing machine, instead of cartoon children. Day program staff, job coaches, group home staff, OTs and families use it the same way.
- Where do the photos come from?
- Every photo is from our life-skills packs: 1,862 photos of real tasks with adult hands and real settings, no faces. You can also add your own photos.
- Can I print it?
- Yes. Choose a strip, grid or list, small, medium or large cards, Letter or A4, then print or save the PDF. Laminate it, or cut the cards apart for a schedule the person moves through.
- If I save a schedule, can I open it on another computer?
- Not from the saved list. There is no account here, so saving keeps the schedule in the browser you are using, on that one computer. To move a schedule, open it and use Create Editable Link, then email that link to yourself: it reopens the whole design anywhere, ready to edit and print. A very large design may offer you a short link instead, and that one does store the design on our servers so the address stays small. Either way, photos you uploaded yourself stay on the computer that uploaded them and do not travel in a link, while pictures from the image gallery do.
