Mid-year amendment meeting
When to use: Use when you are walking into a meeting called to amend the IEP between annual reviews. The team will discuss specific changes to services, goals, or accommodations.

[ ] Under 34 CFR 300.503, every IEP team decision (proposal or refusal) must be documented in Prior Written Notice. [ ] I can request a full IEP team meeting at any time under 34 CFR 300.324(b)(1).
